Formerly, Chairman and CEO of a NASDAQ NMS listed technology company in Minneapolis, MN. M3 has spent an entire career building shareholder value and servicing the distribution needs of over 100 large and medium-sized companies, worldwide.
During his seventeen year watch, aggregate revenues topped $1 Billion USD, with the vast majority of that coming through over 500 Authorized Resellers distributing the LaserMaster/ColorSpan brands worldwide. That company is now a part of Hewlett Packard and much of the same engineering team, hired by M3 and his original management team, is still in place at HP - almost 11 years since the initial sale.
For the last 5 years of his tenure at the holding company for LaserMaster/ColorSpan, M3 directed significant company investment in a start-up research project called B2B-Xchange. That project was not a part of the divestiture. Now, almost 11 years later, we are ready to once again go global with what we now consider to be the successor: B2B-Xchange / "ReMixed".

With over 30 years of experience in Sales, Marketing & Distribution, M3 has proven these concepts with thousands of real-world transactions and many thousands employees during his professional career.
